In partnership with Standard Hunkeler's UW6 unwinder and CS6 rotary cutter, the Standard Horizon StitchLiner 6000 Digital Roll to Booklet Solution offers a maximum production capacity of 6,000 booklets per hour. This state-of-the-art solution utilizes the reliable StitchLiner technology and includes in-line cover feeding and continuous booklet production, all while handling a variety of paper types at an impressive speed of 600 feet per minute. Furthermore, the system can create personalized sheet-count booklets through the use of barcode scanning or mark reading technology.

Product Features

• The StitchLiner 6000 digital saddle stitcher features high productivity and easy operation.
• A four-stage buffering section synchronizes the speed of the roll cutter and the saddle stitching unit. Sheets are scored and plow folded to form crisp, tightly folded booklets.
• Includes jogging section, scoring section, folding section, and delivery section.
• Folded sheets are accumulated on the saddle, perfectly jogged, and accurately stitched. 
• Professional-quality three-knife trimming applies the final finish. A center-cut option enables two-up production. 
• Fore-edge, top and bottom trimming. 
• One or two modular cover feeding stations can be added, to insert up to 5 sheets plus cover anywhere in the booklet.

System Configuration

The product is comprised of four main units, with various additional options available for specific needs. The AS-30S module offers advanced sequencing capabilities, while the ACF-30S can accumulate and fold sheets precisely. The SPF-30S saddle stitcher ensures accurate stitching of perfectly jogged sheets, and the HTS-30S three knife trimmer provides a professional-quality finish. The optional CF-30S cover feeder allows for up to five sheets and a cover to be inserted anywhere in the booklet.
