This state-of-the-art solution utilizes the reliable StitchLiner technology and includes in-line cover feeding and continuous booklet production, all while handling a variety of paper types at an impressive speed of 600 feet per minute. Furthermore, the system can create personalized sheet-count booklets through the use of barcode scanning or mark reading technology.

System Configuration

The product is comprised of four main units, with various additional options available for specific needs. The AS-30S module offers advanced sequencing capabilities, while the ACF-30S can accumulate and fold sheets precisely. The SPF-30S saddle stitcher ensures accurate stitching of perfectly jogged sheets, and the HTS-30S three knife trimmer provides a professional-quality finish. The optional CF-30S cover feeder allows for up to five sheets and a cover to be inserted anywhere in the booklet.
