Graphic Whizard Parts

Mid-State Litho stocks genuine Graphic Whizard replacement parts for the creasers, numbering machines, perforators, and slitters our customers run every day. We are an authorized Graphic Whizard dealer (since 1984), and we ship the most-requested parts the same day on orders received before noon Eastern.

This page is for operators, maintenance leads, and shop owners who already own a Graphic Whizard machine and need a specific part. Looking for a whole machine? See our full line of Graphic Whizard creasing, numbering, and finishing equipment, including the PT-Series creasers, 460A and 460ATS perfect binders, and Crease Master.

Our Graphic Whizard parts catalog covers four working clusters:

Blades and dies for the Creasemaster, PT-Series, and standalone slitter/perforator units: the 10-098GW slitter blade, 10-099GW score blade, 16-095 12-TPI perf blade, and 10-096 42-tooth micro-perf blade. Replacement, not resharpening, we replace blades; we do not sharpen them.

Numbering machine consumables for Graphic Whizard numbering, scoring, perforating, and slitting heads: Type 1 B2-C felt pre-inked pads in black and red, the RN012R reverse solid numbering wheel, the RN013R reverse unit numbering wheel, and the RN-007-3 head frame.

Drive and transport components that keep paper feeding cleanly: the pneumatic drive unit, replacement feed/main/exit roller tires, the adjustment block (ADJ block) assembly, and the feed platen retarding strip.

Every part listed below is OEM Graphic Whizard sourced through our authorized dealer pipeline, the same channel that supplies our service technicians.

Blades and Dies for Creasemaster, PT-Series, and Slitter Units

Most blade replacements on a Graphic Whizard creaser, perforator, or slitter come down to four part numbers:

  • 10-098GW slitter blade: circular blade for the slitter station on Creasemaster and PT-Series multi-finishing machines. Replacement only; we do not resharpen.
  • 10-099GW score blade: used for the creasing/scoring station on the Creasemaster line.
  • 16-095 perf blade: 12 teeth per inch, standard perforation depth for general-purpose perforating.
  • 10-096 micro-perf blade: 42 teeth per inch, for tear-strip and tight-perf applications on numbering and scoring units.

If your machine is a Graphic Whizard PT-Series creaser or a Creasemaster, the slitter and score blades above are the most common consumables we ship. For broader perforating and slitting equipment, see our perforating, slitting, and scoring equipment. Not sure which blade you need? Call (810) 230-2300 with the model number and we will pull it from the part diagram.

Numbering Machine Parts and Consumables

Graphic Whizard numbering, perforating, and scoring units share a common consumables list. We stock the parts our service customers run through fastest:

  • Type 1 B2-C pre-inked pads in black and red, felt pads for the stamping or marking unit; replace when impressions go faint or feathered.
  • RN012R reverse solid numbering wheel: replacement wheel for reverse-numbering setups where the next sequence resets cleanly.
  • RN013R reverse unit numbering wheel: paired with the RN012R for unit-position numbering.
  • RN-007-3 head frame: the metal bracket that holds the numbering head assembly. Failure mode is usually mechanical damage from a feed jam, not wear.

Replacement felt pads are the single most-ordered numbering consumable on this page. Order before noon Eastern and we typically ship same day. If you are running an older Graphic Whizard numbering unit and are not sure your part is still supported, contact our service team with the model and serial.

Drive, Feed, and Transport Components

When a Graphic Whizard machine starts double-feeding, jamming, or pulling sheets at an angle, the fix is usually one of these:

  • Replacement feed, main, and exit roller tires: textured-grip rollers, sold individually. The most common wear part on any Graphic Whizard machine running 8-hour production days.
  • Pneumatic drive unit: the air-powered drive component on automated finishing and creasing models. Diagnostic: if the machine runs with manual control but stalls in pneumatic mode, the drive unit is the first part to swap.
  • ADJ block (adjustment block) assembly: the screw-mounted positioning block. Replace when adjustment threads strip or the block develops play.
  • Feed platen retarding strip: paper feed retarder. Replace when the substrate is slipping past the friction strip and double-feeding.

How to Find the Right Graphic Whizard Part

Three pieces of information get every parts order shipped correctly:

  1. Machine model number. Look on the data plate, usually on the back panel near the power inlet. Common Graphic Whizard model prefixes: PT-335, PT-331, PT-320, PT-33L (the PT-Series creasers), 460A and 460ATS (perfect binders), Crease Master.
  2. Part number. Graphic Whizard parts use a consistent code structure. Blades and dies use a numeric prefix (10-098GW slitter, 10-099GW score, 16-095 perf, 10-096 micro-perf). Numbering wheels use the RN-prefix (RN012R, RN013R, RN-007-3). When in doubt, the part number is etched into the metal.
  3. Serial number. Older Graphic Whizard machines may use a different revision of the same part number. The serial on the data plate lets us cross-reference to the right revision.

Why Buy Graphic Whizard Parts from Mid-State Litho

Mid-State Litho has been an authorized Graphic Whizard dealer since the company's founding in 1984. Our service technicians install and maintain Graphic Whizard equipment across Michigan and the Great Lakes region, the same parts in the catalog below are the parts our service truck carries every week.

We replace blades; we do not sharpen them. A correctly tempered blade is a safety part on a creaser or slitter, and a re-sharpened blade does not hold the geometry needed for clean creasing or perforating. When you order a 10-098GW slitter blade or a 10-099GW score blade from us, you get a new OEM part from the authorized supply chain, not a re-ground secondary.

Need help diagnosing a part failure? Our service team will help you find the right part the first time, ship it the same day on most orders received before noon Eastern, and stand behind it. See our financing and leasing programs for whole-machine purchases, or learn more about Mid-State Litho.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which Graphic Whizard parts fit my machine?

Most blade and consumable parts share part numbers across the Graphic Whizard creaser and numbering line, the 10-098GW slitter blade, 10-099GW score blade, and 16-095 perf blade fit the PT-Series creasers and the Creasemaster. Numbering wheels (RN012R, RN013R) and pre-inked pads fit Graphic Whizard numbering, scoring, perforating, and slitting heads. If you are not sure, call (810) 230-2300 with the model number on your data plate and we will cross-reference it.

Do you ship parts the same day?

Most in-stock Graphic Whizard parts ship the same day on orders received before noon Eastern. Same-day shipping is standard for the 10-098GW slitter blade, 10-099GW score blade, perf blades, pre-inked pads, and roller tires. Less common parts (drive units, head frames, ADJ blocks) typically ship within one to two business days.

Can I have my Graphic Whizard blade re-sharpened instead of replacing it?

We replace blades; we do not sharpen them. Slitter and score blades on creasing and perforating equipment are precision-tempered consumables, re-grinding does not restore the geometry needed for clean creases or clean perforations, and a re-ground blade can become a safety hazard. Replacement is the right answer.

Where do I find the model and serial number on my Graphic Whizard machine?

The data plate is usually on the back panel near the power inlet. Common Graphic Whizard model prefixes are PT-335, PT-331, PT-320, PT-33L (PT-Series creasers), 460A and 460ATS (perfect binders), and Crease Master. The serial number lets us match the right part revision for older machines.

Are these OEM Graphic Whizard parts, or aftermarket?

Every part on this page is OEM Graphic Whizard, sourced through Mid-State Litho's authorized dealer supply pipeline. The same channel that supplies our service technicians supplies these parts.
