MSL Return Policy

How do I return an item?

• Contact Mid-State Litho, Inc (MSL) for return approval and details. No merchandise returns accepted unless written authorization is issued by MSL
  
• Any restock charges related to the return of any merchandise is the responsibility of the purchaser
  
• Acceptance of return request, return deadlines, and percentage of restock charges are determined by the manufacturer/vendor and not MSL
  
• Minimum restock fee of 25%
• Returns must be unopened and in original packaging
• Freight charges for returned parts is billable
  
• No returns accepted after ten (10) days from the invoice date
  
• Clearance items are final sale
