MSL Return Policy

Equipment sales are final

  • All equipment sales are final. Equipment orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once placed.
  • Equipment ships FOB origin. The purchaser is responsible for all freight charges, and for filing any loss or damage claims directly with the carrier. Inspect every shipment on delivery and note damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
  • Delivery times are estimates only. Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays are not grounds for cancellation of special orders.

How do I return an item?

Before returning any item, please contact Mid-State Litho, Inc. (MSL) for return approval and details. No merchandise returns are accepted unless written authorization is issued by MSL.

Return guidelines & charges

  • Any restock charges related to returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Return acceptance, deadlines, and restock fees are determined by the manufacturer/vendor, not MSL.
  • Minimum restock fee of 25%.
  • Returns must be unopened and in original packaging.
  • Freight charges for returned parts are billable.
  • No returns accepted after 10 days from the invoice date.
  • Clearance items are final sale and non-returnable.
