Horizon bookletmaker parts: StitchLiner and SPF series
Saddle-stitching lines use consumables faster than any other finishing station. We keep horizon bookletmaker parts on the shelf for high-volume shops. That means SPF staple cartridges (the SPF 9 cartridge ships as a box of four) and stitcher wire in the common gauges, including 25-gauge nickel-plated. It also means replacement wire spools and gate sheets that guide sheets cleanly through the stitcher. These fit the SPF-200A and SPF-200L bookletmakers we sell and service, and we support the higher-volume SPF-2000 line as well.

A: Yes. We stock or source replacement parts for all Standard Horizon models from 1990 onward, including discontinued BQ-series perfect binders, SPF saddle stitchers, and FAS feeders. If we do not have a part on the shelf, we will source it from Standard Finishing or a verified third-party supplier. We will quote you within one business day.

A: We list our most-requested parts online, but we stock thousands more. Email parts@midstatelitho.com or call (800) 343-4231 with your model number, serial number, and the part description. We will quote within one business day.
Q: What if I have the part but not the part number?
A: Send us a photo. Email it to parts@midstatelitho.com with the machine model and, if you can read it, the serial number. Most Standard Horizon wear parts can be identified from a clear picture and the machine it came out of, and the feed section plates can usually be matched on colour alone. If a photo is not practical, call 1-800-343-4231 and describe where the part sits in the machine. We will work back from the assembly.
