Graphic Whizard PT-Series Slitter Cutter Creasers

The Graphic Whizard PT-series is the deepest multi-function finishing lineup Mid-State Litho carries online. The PT320 CC is the entry card cutter for slit-and-cut work; the PT331SCC Air adds air-feed reliability for longer runs; and the PT 335SCC Multi, PT335A Plus Multi and high-volume PT 8336SCC Multi step up to slit, cut, crease and perforate in a single pass. Choose by sheet capacity and by how many finishing operations you need combined: a shop running multi-up business cards and folded work in one pass belongs on a PT Multi, while straight card cutting can stay on the PT320 CC. MBM AeroCut Digital Finishing Systems

The MBM AeroCut family covers automatic slit, cut and crease for digital print finishing. The AeroCut X Pro is the production flagship for shops with steady digital volume; the AeroCut NanoMax is the compact all-in-one for smaller floors; and the Precision Card Pro is built for specialty card finishing. Count PerfMaster Perforating & Scoring Machines

When the job is straight high-speed perforating and scoring rather than full multi-function finishing, the Count PerfMaster line is purpose-built for it. The PerfMaster Air V3 and PerfMaster Sprint use air-assisted feed to run production-speed perforating and scoring on tickets, coupons, NCR forms and folded work. Formax Rotary Perforating & Card Finishing

The Formax FD 95 Rotary Perforator and Creaser handles tear lines and fold scores on shorter runs, the right machine for a shop that needs reliable perforating and creasing without a production-floor footprint. The Formax FlashCard and FlashCard XL business card cutters round out the line for trimmed card work. Frame the FD 95 as the short-run tear-line and score machine, and step up to a PT Multi or AeroCut when the volume or the finishing combination grows.

Horizon AutoCreaser

The Horizon AutoCreaser CRA-36 produces crack-free creases on digital and offset stock, the answer for toner stock that simple perforating wheels and manual scorers tend to crack. It is the dedicated creasing machine for shops whose fold quality on coated and digital work has to be clean on every run.

How to Choose a Perforating, Slitting or Scoring Machine

Four questions narrow the field quickly:

1. Operations needed. Decide whether you need perforating only, scoring and creasing only, or a multi-function machine that slits, cuts, creases and perforates in one pass. Straight perforating points to a Count PerfMaster; combined finishing points to a Graphic Whizard PT Multi or an MBM AeroCut.
2. Volume. Tabletop and short-run work is well served by the Formax FD 95 or the AeroCut NanoMax. Production-floor volume calls for a Count PerfMaster Air V3, a PT 8336SCC Multi, or an AeroCut X Pro.
3. Sheet format. Check the maximum sheet size and multi-up layout the machine supports. This matters most for business card cutters and coupon work, where the layout drives the finished count per sheet.
4. Stock and finish. Digital toner stock cracks under simple perf wheels and manual scorers, so crack-free creasing on coated and digital work points to the Horizon AutoCreaser or a rotary scorer.
