The Used Sterling Spiel Digipunch is a cost-effective, high-speed automatic paper punching machine ideal for short run binderies, as well as digital and commercial printers.

With a punching rate of up to 72,000 sheets per hour, this compact machine can handle a large volume of paper with ease, making it a valuable asset for any business. Equipped with a variable pile lift, the Sterling Digipunch is capable of slowing down for challenging jobs such as curled or static stock, as well as acetate. Whether punching sheets with covers or tabs, the machine offers a touch screen for effortless automatic setup and changeovers.

The touch screen also assists operators with maintenance reminders, including prompts to lubricate or sharpen the die. Unlike other machines, the Sterling Digipunch allows for reverse operation to clear any jam-ups. It accommodates sheet sizes ranging from 4.25 x 5.5 inches to 12 x 14 inches.

Features:

• Stabber: The stabber can be set to stab 3-17 sheets. This is more consistent than punches that rely on gravity to feed the paper. 
• Registration table: This registers the paper on all four sides, using side guides, front and rear stops. The rear stops accommodate sheets intermixed with tabs. 
• Die: The dies can be changed in seconds. Pull pins result in faster changeovers between sheet sizes. 
• Stacker: The receding stacker operates in tandem with the feeder and stops the machine when the stacker is full. 
• Touch Screen: The Digipunch's touch screen computer guides you through the entire punching process. You choose the paper size from a variety of presets or enter a custom size. Choose how many sheets you want to punch per lift, punching less for problem stocks.
