COUNT KF-250 Knife Folder
A precision-built solution for folding heavy or coated stock up to 350 gsm, the COUNT KF-250 delivers clean, accurate folds with zero cracking. Designed for seamless integration with slitter/cutter/creasers and digital workflows, it features intuitive touchscreen controls, a motorized exit conveyor, and support for inline production.
Precision Knife Folding
Ideal for digitally printed or coated stock where buckle folders fail—knife-blade action prevents cracking, even on thick card stock.
Fully Automated Setup
Supports 6 auto-fold presets and 4 memory slots. Adjust paper weight, crease position, and fold width via touchscreen.
Inline Compatibility
Connects directly to Count AccuCreaser, FC114A, or most 3rd-party creasers—adjustable register guides ensure perfect alignment.
Sensor-Based Exit Conveyor
Proximity sensor for automatic shingling and jam prevention. Variable-speed conveyor keeps jobs flowing cleanly.
