Mid-State Litho is an authorized MBM Corporation dealer in Grand Blanc, Michigan. MBM builds Triumph paper cutters and trimmers, Destroyit shredders, AeroCut digital finishing systems, GoCrease creasers, Sprint bookletmakers, tabletop folders, pressure sealers, and related bindery equipment for commercial print shops, in-plants, and mail centers. We sell, install, train, and service MBM equipment across Michigan and the Great Lakes.

This brand page is the index for every MBM machine we list. Production cutters run from the Triumph 4305 tabletop range through the Triumph 7260 and Speedcut hydraulic models. Digital shops add AeroCut card systems and GoCrease units for crack-free folds. Shorter runs use Sprint and iBooklet stitchers, MBM folders, joggers, and the FMM3 drill. Offices and secure facilities pick Destroyit shredders. Mail centers use MBM pressure sealers. We also stock Triumph knives, cutting sticks, and common wear parts.

Sizing a Triumph cutter or Destroyit shredder is a volume, width, and automation conversation, not a catalog browse. We will match the model to your stock and daily load, quote trade-in value on an older cutter or folder when it makes sense, and put the machine on the floor with operator training. Financing and leasing is available through Mitsubishi HC Capital and LEAF Commercial Capital. Call 1-800-343-4231.

Triumph paper cutters and trimmers

Triumph is MBM's guillotine and trimmer line. Hydraulic production cutters take tall stacks with programmable backgauges. Electric and semi-automatic models cover mid-volume quick-print and copy work. Tabletop trimmers handle short-run digital jobs and proof work.

Hydraulic and programmable production. The Triumph 7260 (28-inch programmable hydraulic) and Triumph 6660 sit at the high-volume end. The Triumph 6655 (25.5-inch programmable) and Triumph 5560 / 5560 LT (21-5/8-inch hydraulic) cover mid-to-high volume. The Triumph 5260 and 5255 handle 20-3/8-inch programmable work. Speedcut 56 and Speedcut 68 are programmable hydraulic options when that platform fits the floor plan.

Electric and semi-automatic. The Triumph 4850, 4855, 4815, 4350, 4315, and 4305 cover 16-7/8-inch to 18-5/8-inch shops that do not need a full hydraulic production frame.

Tabletop trimmers. Triumph 1046, 1110, 1135, 1138, 1158, and 1171 for short-run and on-demand work.

Knife policy: when a Triumph blade is past spec, we change the knife. We do not re-sharpen production guillotine knives. Re-sharpening can pull the edge geometry off factory tolerance and speed up stick wear. Factory-spec knife swaps are a short service-call job. We stock Triumph knives and cutting sticks through MSL service when inventory is on the shelf in Grand Blanc.

AeroCut digital card and finishing systems

AeroCut automates multi-up card cutting, slitting, creasing, and perforating after a digital press. The AeroCut X Pro and AeroCut X are the production card systems we quote most often. AeroCut NanoMax, AeroDieCut, and Precision Card Pro cover tighter footprints and specialty card or die work. We install, train, and field-service these systems, and we stock common slitting blades, perf wheels, and creasing rules.

GoCrease creasers

Digital toner and heavy cover stock crack when you fold without a real crease. The GoCrease 3000, GoCrease 4000, and GoCrease SEMI cover production creasing and shorter-run semi-automatic work before fold or booklet. Pair with MBM folders or a commercial folder from our paper folding machines hub.

MBM bookletmakers and stitchers

The Sprint 3000 is MBM's production saddle-stitch bookletmaker path. The iBooklet is the tabletop entry for small shops. The SF2 is a wire-stitch bookletmaker. The StitchMaster covers stitch automation where that workflow fits. For Horizon StitchLiner-class production, see our Horizon and bookletmakers and saddle stitchers collections.

MBM paper folders

Tabletop and automatic folders in the MBM line include the 1800S, 208J, 408A, and 508A. These sit next to Horizon, Baum, Morgana, and Martin Yale folders on our multi-brand folding pages. Start at paper folding machines or tabletop and letter folders.

Destroyit paper shredders

Destroyit is MBM's shredder brand, from deskside units to high-capacity and high-security models. Live examples in our catalog include the 2265, 2445, 2465, 2503, 2604, 3104, 3105, 4001, 4003, 4005, 4108, 4606, and 5009. We also list shredder oil and related supplies. Match security level (DIN P-levels) and daily volume before you buy; call if you need a secure-destruction path.

How to choose an MBM Triumph cutter

Four decisions settle most Triumph quotes.

Daily volume. High daily lift counts usually want hydraulic production frames (5560, 6655, 6660, 7260, Speedcut). Mid-volume quick-print often fits electric or semi-automatic 43xx and 48xx models. Low daily counts can stay on tabletop trimmers.

Cut width. Match the largest sheet you cut every week, not the sheet you cut twice a year. Triumph production widths in our lineup run from about 16-7/8 inch (4350) through 28 inch (7260).

Programmable backgauge. Programmable models store cut sequences and pay off when jobs change often. Semi-automatic and manual backgauges cost less and work when operators run simple, repeated cuts.

Line fit. Digital card shops often pair a Triumph with AeroCut. Booklet shops add GoCrease and Sprint or a Horizon stitcher. Cutter-only shops still need a knife and stick plan. If Challenge (Norton Shores, MI) or Perfecta is a better width or duty cycle, we will say so. Multi-brand is the point of buying from a dealer.

MBM Corporation FAQ

Is Mid-State Litho an authorized MBM Corporation dealer?

Yes. Mid-State Litho is an authorized MBM Corporation dealer. We sell, install, train, and service Triumph cutters, AeroCut systems, GoCrease creasers, bookletmakers, folders, Destroyit shredders, pressure sealers, and related MBM equipment across Michigan and the Great Lakes.

What is the difference between Triumph hydraulic and electric cutters?

Hydraulic Triumph cutters use hydraulic clamp and knife force for tall stacks and high daily volume (examples: 5560, 6660, 7260). Electric and semi-automatic Triumphs use electric actuation in a smaller footprint for mid-volume work (examples: 4350, 4815, 4850). Pick on stack height, daily lift count, and floor space, not on the brochure label alone.

Do you re-sharpen Triumph guillotine knives?

No. We replace knives and dies when they are past spec. Re-sharpening production guillotine knives can leave the edge off factory geometry. Call 1-800-343-4231 for knife and stick fit by model.

Does Mid-State Litho carry MBM Destroyit shredders?

Yes. Deskside through high-capacity Destroyit models are on this brand collection and in our paper shredders hub. Tell us security level and daily sheet volume and we will narrow the list.

Can I finance an MBM Triumph cutter or AeroCut system?

Yes. Financing and leasing run through Mitsubishi HC Capital and LEAF Commercial Capital, with terms built for print shops and Section 179 eligibility where it applies. Start at financing and leasing or call 1-800-343-4231.

Does Mid-State Litho install and service MBM equipment?

Yes. Factory-trained technicians install, train operators, and service MBM equipment on-site across Michigan and the Great Lakes. Call 1-800-343-4231 for service dispatch or a demo discussion.
