Find the right consumable for your machine
Ordering a consumable goes wrong in one of three ways: the wrong die pitch, the wrong film thickness, or a knife ground for a different machine. Three questions settle almost every order.
- What machine is it going on? Model number, not brand. A Rhin-O-Tuff Onyx HD7000 and an HD7725H Ultima take different die sets.
- What did you order last time? If it came from us, we have the part number on the account and can repeat it.
- How fast do you need it? Most consumables ship the same or next business day from Grand Blanc. Knives go out after sharpening, which we do in house.
If you cannot find the part, call 1-800-343-4231 with the machine model and serial. We stock parts for machines we sold in the 1990s.
Supplies and parts FAQ
How do I know which punch die fits my machine?
Die sets are specific to the punch model and the binding style. Give us the punch model and the binding style, coil, wire, comb or 3 hole, and we will confirm the die before it ships.
Do you sharpen paper cutter knives?
Yes, in house. Send the knife in or ask about a spare so the cutter keeps running while the first is on the grinder.
Can I get a consumable for a machine I did not buy from you?
Yes. We supply consumables for equipment we did not sell, including machines from dealers no longer in business.
What ships the same day?
Most inks, glues, films and common wear parts held in Grand Blanc. Knives ship after sharpening and dies ship after we confirm the pattern.
Do you set up recurring orders?
Yes. Shops on a predictable consumable cycle can put a standing order on the account so the material arrives before it runs out.
