The LCX603 is an all-in-one, industrial label printer and finishing solution that includes multiple spot color printing, auto laminating, contour-cutting, auto weeding and a sheet cross-cutting function. Perfect for low-cost, on-demand, short run labels, specialty labels of any shape, and helps reduce inventory too.

Features

• High Quality Printing in 600 x 1200 dpi with maximum three colors: The Graphtec LCX603 Series utilizes thermal transfer printing which eliminates the need for inks and solvents, making it both cost-effective and easy to use. Additionally, it has the capability to print 8-point characters with precision under specific conditions.
• Auto Laminating: The Graphtec LCX603 Series offers automatic application of laminate film after printing images. Users can choose from materials such as polyester (PET) or polypropylene (PP) for their labels, ensuring durability.
• Built-in cutter eliminates needs for cutting die: The Graphtec LCX603 Series features automatic contour cutting and a cutting tool for any shape, eliminating the need for cutting dies. This results in cost-effective labels and reduced inventory. The registration mark sensing system (RMS) ensures proper alignment between the contour and printed image, with three automatic registration marks created. No registration mark is necessary in label design. The Flame Cut function allows for cutting of the weed boarder, while small labels are easily removed from backing paper in the auto weeding process.
• Auto weed: The weeding mechanism is included and removed unnecessary parts along the contour.
  
• Cross cut: Cross cutting (Automated Sheet Cutting) is performed for each page after removing excess material - resulting in a complete label being produced.
