The Akiles CoilMac-EX41+ is a heavy-duty, full-size electric coil binding machine with a built-in electric inserter and crimpers, so a print shop punches, inserts the coil, and crimps from one station. It punches a 4:1 oval-hole pattern across a 13 inch width at up to 25 sheets per lift, the common spiral-coil standard for reports, manuals, and proposals. The oval EX41+ holes feed coil faster than round holes, which is the reason a production bindery chooses the plus model. Made in South Korea.
