The Akiles WBM-532 is a standalone vertical closer for books that have already been punched and loaded onto twin-loop wire. Separating closing from punching can support a modular or assembly-line workflow.
It closes standard 2:1 and 3:1 binding wire from 3/16 inch through 1 1/4 inches. An open-ended closing channel handles single binding lengths up to 14 inches and lets longer work be closed in sections.
