Dies disengage for a clean punch on any sheet size, and a built-in wire closer finishes the book on the same machine. • Pitch: 2:1 vs 3:1. This is the first decision. 2:1 (the EX21, this page) spaces holes wider for thicker books and larger wire. 3:1 (the EX31, EQ-253) is for thinner reports and presentations.
