The Century Series BC2000626 prints a document and inserts it into a carton in one pass. It combines a print engine, barcode verification, and automated single-level insertion, and it is used in order fulfillment, direct mail, and commercial print production.

Key features

  • Print engine supports black and white as standard, with color optional.
  • Flat sheet insertion: loose sheets, label stock, or bound documents go in without folding.
  • Throughput up to 18 insertions per minute on 1 to 2 page documents. The rate on larger gathered documents depends on the print engine.
  • Barcode and QR code verification, which scans to confirm the document matches the carton.
  • Top of carton insertion with a positive push system for placement.
  • Touch screen controls with real-time monitoring and adjustment.
  • Batch counter with variable processing for job control.
