The Felins US-2000 CSW-DMS is a fully automated banding solution designed to handle mixed-size label stacks with speed and precision. Equipped with a digital measuring system and servo-driven linear pusher, this system can automatically measure and band varying sheet sizes—ideal for operations running mixed jobs from one or more cutters.
Stacks are loaded onto the Shuttleworth in-feed conveyor, where they are aligned, measured, and pushed into the banding unit. The machine seamlessly applies one or multiple bands as needed, using ultrasonic welding technology for secure, eco-friendly bundling. Capable of processing up to 24 stacks per minute, this system maximizes efficiency and minimizes labor requirements in high-volume environments.
