Load a hard drive into one of two cutting chambers and close the safety shield. Slide the chamber forward to drop the drive into the cutting head, then pull back to load the next one for continuous operation. Rugged solid-steel blades grind 3.5 inch HDDs to pieces 1.6 inches wide and smaller, and 2.5 inch HDD and SSD media to 0.19 inches and smaller. Shredded pieces fall into a molded plastic waste bin for disposal or recycling.

Each shredding chamber has a metal safety shield and its own resettable LED counter. The LED control panel shows operational status and offers jam protection with Auto Reverse and Auto Stop, and sensors stop the motor if a door is open or the bin is full. The metal-geared motor sits in an all-metal cabinet on casters for mobility and low operating noise.
