Overview
The BQ-270V is built for on-demand book production where book thickness changes often. A digital caliper measures the book block and feeds that measurement into automated setup so variable jobs do not force a long manual changeover.
One-operator production up to about 500 books per hour, automatic air-suction cover feeding with in-line scoring on equipped systems, and a compact footprint make it a common step into Horizon perfect binding for digital printers and in-plants.
