The PP-48ST is a semi-automatic L-sealer with an integrated shrink chamber. It seals and shrink-wraps a product in a single step, so one compact machine covers low to mid-range production volumes. It is used for retail packaging, e-commerce order prep, and industrial packaging, and it produces a tamper-resistant finish.

- Band seal technology: no seal wires, which cuts downtime and maintenance cost.
- Dual magnetic hold down: applies seal pressure and holds the hood closed through the shrink cycle for consistent seals.
- Automatic pin wheel hole punch: perforates the shrink film for ventilation and easier product handling.
- Independent seal and shrink time control: set sealing and shrinking times separately.
- Dual mode switch: seal only, or seal and shrink in one step.
- Temperature control: adjustable 0-500 degrees F (0-260 C).
- Easy-load film holder: takes shrink film rolls up to 24" wide.
- Adjustable product loading tray: tray height adjusts to the product size.
- Heavy-duty 1/2 HP blower motor: fast, even shrinking.
