In-line tabber and stamp affixer

The RENA T-750 is a high-speed in-line tabber and stamp affixer for production mailing operations. It applies 1, 2, or 3 tabs or stamps in a single pass on open-ended mail pieces, folded documents, newsletters, and booklets, holding USPS-compliant placement within 1/16" at up to 20,000 pieces per hour. It runs inline with a feeder or standalone, and the frame is aluminum and steel.

Multi-tab application in one pass keeps throughput up, the 30,000-tab reels and automatic tab sensing keep the machine running between reloads, and vacuum-guided transport holds placement tight. The duty cycle is rated at 60 million addresses over a 5-year lifespan.
