What is Planamelt Pro?
Planamelt Pro is a polyolefin-based hotmelt adhesive designed for the graphic arts and binding industry. It can be used in standard EVA glue tanks and is specified for adhesion on coated, laminated, and digital toner-based stocks.
Unlike PUR, the source claims it contains no isocyanates, requires no chemical reaction to cure, and does not emit harmful vapors — easier, safer, and more economical for a wide range of finishing operations. For the EVA vs PUR backdrop, see EVA vs PUR perfect binding glue.
