Details & specifications
The Horizon VAC-L600H is a modern air-suction collating tower that front-ends a booklet-making or finishing line. Each main tower carries 6 bins and feeds landscape (long-edge) sheets reliably at production speed, with airflow control that keeps light and coated stocks separated. The configuration on this page - the VAC-L600HA Control Tower - is the touchscreen "brain" of the system and ships with the ESB-L600 Side Blower at no additional charge. Towers stack into larger systems (add Middle and Reverse towers as bin counts grow) and hand sheets off to Horizon booklet-makers and stitch/fold/trim lines. As an authorized Standard Finishing / Horizon dealer, Mid-State Litho scopes the exact tower stack for your run and quotes install and training.
Key Features
π· Expanded Sheet Capacity - Accepts sheets up to 13.77β x 24.01β, ideal for A4 landscape booklet production.

VAC-L600H Tower Types: A / M / C
Choosing your VAC-L600H towers. A VAC-L600H system is built from up to six towers of three types:
- A - Control Tower (VAC-L600HA): the touchscreen "brain." Every system needs at least one; it runs the towers below it.
- M - Middle Tower (VAC-L600HM): a bin bank with no brain of its own - driven by the Control Tower. Add these to grow bin count.
- C - Reverse Tower (VAC-L600HC): always placed last, and only when reverse-collating into a stacker; otherwise use an M.
Up to 6 towers can feed a single system. The price you see is per configuration, and Mid-State Litho specs the full stack for your run. All three tower types are variants on this PDP - use the "Tower Type" selector to choose.
System integration: works with your finishing line
The VAC-L600H collating tower front-ends Horizon booklet-making and finishing systems. Systems can be configured with up to six towers, and VAC collating towers serve as feeding systems for Horizon equipment such as the StitchLiner Mark IV, SPF-2000, FC-2000, and the ST-40 stacker.
