Foliant Automatic Laminating Systems
Fourteen of the machines in this collection are Foliant systems, the industrial backbone of the range. The Vega series (Vega 400A, 530A, 530S, and 530 SF) covers entry production, with the 400 handling B3+ digital print sheets and the 530 stepping up to B2+. The Mercury series (Mercury 530 NG and 760 NG) adds mid-production industrial capacity. The Taurus series (Taurus 400 NG 4x4, 530 NG, 530 NG 4x4, 760 NG, and 760 NG 4x4) spans the line, and the 4x4 models run one-pass two-side lamination. At the top, the Castor 530 SF and Pollux 760 SF are B2+ and B1+ industrial systems for the heaviest production.

Auto-Feed Laminators and Trimmers for Digital Print
For letter and tabloid digital print, the compact machines win the auto-feed and trimmer work. The Revo Any (12 inch, up to 200 sheets per hour) and Revo Office (12 inch, 240 sheets per hour with a patented film cassette) auto feed, laminate, and cut in one pass. The Revo T14 runs 13 inch sheets at up to 425 per hour. The Revo Flex adds 4-side trimming for full-bleed flush cuts at up to 420 per hour, and it includes a stand.

Production and Double-Sided Systems
For continuous and two-side work, the collection also carries the GBC Spire III Series and the D&K EXP42 Plus and Double Kote HS. The Vivid Matrix MX-530DP and MX-370 DP duplex laminators are also in the range. These systems handle heavier duty cycles and one-pass two-side lamination for shops that laminate all day. How to Choose an Automatic Laminator

Volume: under about 250 sheets per hour (Revo Any, Revo Office), 400 or more (Revo T14, Revo Flex, Dry-Lam HLA), or continuous production (Foliant Mercury, Taurus, Castor, Pollux, and the D&K Double Kote HS).
Sheet format: 12 to 13 inch compact machines for letter and tabloid digital print, versus Foliant 400 (B3+), 530 (B2+), and 760 (B1+) industrial formats. For oversize roll work, look at wide format laminators instead.
Trimming and finish: flush cut versus encapsulation edge, with 4-side trim (Revo Flex) for full-bleed work.
Single versus double-sided: the Foliant 4x4 models and the Vivid Matrix duplex units give one-pass two-side lamination. Use single-sided laminators for everything else. Compare the double sided laminators when you need both faces in one pass.
