Morgana PowerSquare 160VF

The Morgana PowerSquare™ 160VF is a booklet-making system for mid- to high-volume digital production. It combines stapling, folding, spine forming, and trimming in a single unit and produces SquareBack™ books up to 160 pages thick. Typical work includes manuals, magazines, programs, academic journals, financial reports, and course materials. Setup runs from the touchscreen, and the dual bin feeder keeps long runs moving without stops for reloading.

Technical specifications

The PowerSquare two-knife trimmer (P2T) finishes the booklet by trimming the top and bottom edges, which matters most on full-bleed printed material. It trims up to 40 mm (1.6") from each end of the book and can be adjusted to match the image position. Trimmings collect in a high-capacity external waste box so production keeps moving.

The PowerSquare™ 160VF can apply up to six staples per book, which allows smaller 2-up or 3-up applications on a set and saves both time and material.
