Details & specifications

The Perfecta Pusher System BTE moves paper lifts between the jogger, the pressing station, or the automatic loader and the cutter, so the operator is not walking stock across the floor by hand. It is built for the cutting line in a high-volume print finishing operation.

Key features

  • Automatic transport of paper lifts from joggers, pressing stations, or automatic loaders to the front or the rear of the cutter.
  • Runs on its own or in combination with Perfecta BFS gripper systems.
  • Stainless steel table with an air bed, so lifts move with little friction and stop where they are placed.
  • Buffer space between jogging and cutting, which keeps the cutter fed instead of idle.
  • Safety fences or light guards, specified to the floor layout and how the line is run.
