The Morgana BM5000 Series is a booklet maker for mid-to-high volume digital production. It produces landscape format books, 2-up layouts, and more, and comes in two models, the BM5035 and BM5050. Modular options such as the CST crease side trimmer and VFX feeder let commercial printers and in-plant operations expand the system as volume grows.

- Booklets from A6 to A4 landscape, with full-bleed trimming and 2-up production
- BM5035 makes booklets up to 140 pages (35 sheets of 80gsm); BM5050 goes up to 200 pages (50 sheets of 80gsm)
- Available hand-fed or with automatic feeders, so the system scales with high-volume workflows
- Easy-change, low-maintenance staple cartridges (5,000 staples per cartridge) or ISP stitch heads for spool-fed stitching
- CST crease and trim module adds crease and side-trim capability for full-bleed booklet production
- FM5000 finishing module combines face trimming and SquareFold spine finishing in one compact unit
- 7" color touchscreen for job setup, skew compensation, and staple position adjustment
