Details & specifications

The Rhin-O-Tuff Tornado Autopunch EX II is an automated collating and punching system built for high-volume coil, wire, comb, VeloBind, and loose-leaf binding workflows. It processes up to 10,800 sheets per hour, inserts covers and tabs, and offset-stacks completed sets ready for binding.

Mid-State Litho is an authorized Rhin-O-Tuff dealer providing equipment consultation, delivery coordination, installation, operator training, and factory-trained service throughout Michigan and the Great Lakes region.

10,800 Sheets per hour
2,500 Sheet main-bin capacity
60–312 gsm Supported media range

Automated Collating and Punching

The Tornado Autopunch EX II combines document feeding, media insertion, punching, collation, and offset stacking in one near-line system. Printed sheets load into the high-capacity main bin, while two interposer bins feed covers, index tabs, plastic media, and other inserts into each document set.

A patent-pending accumulator aligns each lift before punching and automatically adjusts the lift size for the selected media. Completed sets are offset-stacked for clear separation and efficient transfer to downstream binding equipment.
