Product Overview
The Sterling Digibinder sets the standard for automatic, short-run perfect binding. The pneumatic clamp and nipper self-adjust from two sheets to 2.25" thick, so you can run mixed jobs back-to-back with no setup. A roughing blade preps offset and coated stocks; twin glue rollers saturate the spine and a third metering roller smooths the laydown. Built-in side gluing and adjustable nipper pressure produce clean hinges and square-backed books—ideal for digital print environments.
