Overview

The manual SCM is Challenge's short-run corner rounder for on-demand card and booklet work. It uses the same Challenge die family as the hydraulic SCM, at lower capital cost and footprint.

Move to hydraulic SCM when daily corner volume outgrows manual operation.

The full model name is Single Cornering Machine, Manual Model. It is a durable, foot-activated corner rounder for small to mid-volume finishing. It makes clean, precise cuts in multiple corner sizes and has a compact, operator-friendly design.

Challenge Machinery builds this equipment in Norton Shores, Michigan. Mid-State Litho is the authorized Michigan dealer (about 30 years).
