Automatic laminating system
The Foliant Mercury 400 NG is a compact single-sided laminator built for digital and offset lamination work. It runs at up to 88 ft/min, feeds from a 21.25" pile suction feeder, separates finished sheets with automated overlap and bump separation, and takes sheet sizes up to 15.7" x 27.5". Commercial print shops run it where floor space is tight but the work still calls for production output.

Applications
Typical work: flyers, postcards, and mailers; covers for saddle-stitched and perfect-bound books; retail packaging inserts including cartons, cards, and product sleeves; and mixed digital and offset jobs across a range of media types and lengths.
