4x4 2UP Double-Sided Industrial Laminator

The Foliant Mercury 400NG 4×4 is an industrial laminating machine designed for both heavy-duty digital and offset output lamination. It comes with a Foliant integrated suction feeder and a high-speed bump separator, making it suitable for a wide range of jobs and printer types. Optional features such as a pallet stacker, non-sticky rollers, and Foliant foiler are also available. With its high-pressure system, large format compatibility, and impressive performance, this machine can handle all types of digitally and offset printed sheets up to 13.9″ x 19.7″ in size. It can reach speeds of up to 88 feet/minute for single-sided lamination and 82 feet/minute for double-sided lamination, with a maximum output of 3,240/3,000 sheets per hour for 13.9" x 19.7" portrait sheets (200 gsm white paper).
