The PP-1622MK Combo is a fully adjustable L-sealer with an integrated shrink tunnel, built for high-volume packaging lines. Its Micro-Knife sealing head does away with seal wire replacements, the most common consumable headache on conventional L-sealers, and the whole unit sits on one mobile uni-body frame.

  • Micro-Knife technology seals without seal wires, so there are no wire replacements and seal quality stays consistent.
  • Uni-body frame: compact, mobile, and easy to reposition.
  • Adjustable L-sealer rides on linear bearings and moves forward and backward to center products into the tunnel.
  • Power belted discharge conveyor with adjustable height for alignment with downstream equipment.
  • Re-circulating air chamber spreads heat evenly through the tunnel for consistent shrink results.
  • Live roller rod conveyor moves product through without jams.
  • Digital temperature control, adjustable 0-400 degrees F.
  • Variable air velocity to match airflow to the film and product.
  • AC variable speed drive, adjustable 0-75 FPM.
  • Chromed conveyor rollers and shaft resist rust.
  • Automatic cool-down and shut-off protect the machine and the operator.
  • Locking casters and leveling pads for mobility with secure positioning.
  • Reaches 300 degrees F in under 10 minutes.
  • Optional 12" tunnel height for larger packages.
