The RENA XPS ProFeed Shuttle Feeder is a high-speed vacuum feeder built to run inline with the RENA XPS ProMail and ProTab systems. It has a steel frame and four vacuum shuttle heads, and it feeds up to 30,000 pieces per hour across envelope and flat stock from 3" x 5" up to 13" x 17". The duty cycle rating is 240 million pieces over five years, which puts it in commercial mailing operations that run addressing or inserting lines all day. Controls are an operator-resettable job counter and an emergency stop.
