Graphic Whizard PT 335 AKF Automatic Creaser/Folder

The Graphic Whizard PT 335 AKF is an automatic creaser/folder that folds, creases (up or down), and cross-perforates in a single pass. It combines the creasing of the PT 335A Plus Multi with an automatic folder in one floor unit, pairing a 4" vacuum pile feeder and automatic sheet measurement with a color touchscreen, interchangeable creasing and perforating dies, and multiple crease widths. It runs up to 6,500 sheets per hour on an 11" x 8.5" half fold and handles sheets up to 13" wide and 35" long on stock from 150 to 350 gsm.

By creasing before it folds, the PT 335 AKF protects toner and coatings from cracking on digital covers and booklet panels, and its progressive crease mode calculates crease positions for pre-collated sets so booklets square up cleanly through a bookletmaker. With 32 crease positions and 64 job memories, it is a fast automatic creaser folder for shops that crease and fold digital covers in volume.
