The Intec ColorCut LC600 is an automatic label cutter for kiss-cutting digital label work at volume. It reads a QR code on the sheet to pull the matching cut file, aligns to the printed image with CCD vision, and feeds and stacks on its own, so a batch of mixed jobs can run without an operator standing over it. No dies are required.

  • Cuts at up to 960 mm/sec.
  • Cuts any shape digitally, with no die to buy or store.
  • Dual grip feed system holds the sheet through the cut, so less material is wasted at the edges.
  • QR job recognition pulls the cut file for each sheet, which is what makes mixed batch sessions practical.
  • Automatic feeder and stacker holds up to 250 sheets for unattended runs.
  • SmartMark registration uses a high-resolution CCD camera to align the cut to the printed image.
  • Runs A4, A3, SRA3, A3+, and custom sizes up to 750 mm long.
