Details & specifications

The Intec ColorCut LC700 is a fully automated label cutter for kiss-cutting in high-volume digital print work. It is built to run unattended: QR job recognition, automatic sheet feeding, and CCD vision alignment together remove the need for dies and manual setup.

Key features

  • High-speed digital cutting: cuts at up to 1060mm/sec.
  • No dies required: cuts any shape digitally, which takes die cost out of the job.
  • Dual grip feed system: holds the media during the cut and gets more usable area off the sheet.
  • Auto job recognition: reads QR codes and pulls the cut file during mixed batch sessions.
  • Automatic feeder and stacker: holds up to 250 sheets for continuous unattended runs.
  • SmartMark registration: high-resolution CCD vision (ARMS 9) for alignment.

Support and training

Intec trains operators in person, over Zoom and TeamViewer, and through downloadable guides. Intec also runs a technical support team and dispatches consumables same day.

Why buy Intec equipment from Mid-State Litho

Intec designs and builds the ColorCut line. Mid-State Litho is an authorized Intec dealer for Michigan and the Great Lakes and has sold and serviced print finishing equipment since 1984.

What that means on an LC700 order: we quote the machine against the stock and sheet sizes you actually run, deliver it, install it, train your operators on ColorCut Pro, and finance it if capital approval is easier as a monthly number. When it stops, a factory-trained technician answers the phone.

We carry five Intec digital finishing equipment label cutters, from the LC330 up to the LCF840Di, and nine Intec die cutters and creasers. If the LC700 is more machine than your run lengths justify, we will tell you which one is not.

Call 1-800-343-4231, ask about financing and leasing, or request a quote. Our service and support team covers installation, training and factory-trained repair.

Frequently asked questions

Does the ColorCut LC700 need cutting dies?

No. It cuts any shape from a digital file, so there is no die to order, store, or pay for on a short run.

How fast does the LC700 cut?

Up to 1060 mm per second, with maximum cutting force of 750 gf. Real throughput depends on shape complexity and stock.

What sheet sizes and stock weights does it handle?

Media from 150 x 190 mm up to 330 x 750 mm, in stock from 140 gsm (0.14 mm) to 350 gsm (0.35 mm). It runs A4, A3, SRA3, A3+ and custom sizes.

Can it run unattended?

Yes. The autofeeder holds up to 250 sheets and QR job recognition pulls the correct cut file for each sheet, so mixed batches run without an operator selecting jobs.

How does the LC700 differ from the LC330 and the LCF500 Pro?

The LC700 is the servo-driven single-tool machine with the Vision3 CCD registration system and the 250-sheet feeder. Mid-State Litho carries five Intec label cutters and will size the right one against your run lengths. Call 1-800-343-4231.
