Morgana PowerSquare 224 bookletmaking system
The Morgana PowerSquare 224 is a complete bookletmaking system for high production environments. It brings the four processes together in one line, stitching, folding, spine forming, and trimming, and produces SquareBack booklets up to 224 pages thick. Typical work is manuals, magazines, programs, academic journals, financial reports, and educational materials, run to a consistent standard with short setup.

Key features
- SquareBack spine forming gives a flat, printable spine like a perfect-bound book.
- Runs sheets from 5.5" x 7.8" to 14.5" x 24.4" and stock from 16 lb bond to 105 lb cover.
- Applies up to six staples per booklet, which is what makes multi-up production possible.
- An integrated face trimmer removes the shingle edge off folded sheets. A two-knife trimmer is available for full-bleed work.
- Touchscreen setup, with standard sheet and book sizes plus custom job formats stored for repeat runs.
- One-piece chassis, so the system holds registration over long runs in a small floor footprint.
- The low-impact stapler cartridge adjusts staple pitch to book thickness on its own. Cartridges hold 5,000 staples.
- A dedicated paper transport tracks sheet position through the machine to hold fold quality on long sheets.
- The control system supports remote diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and system monitoring.
- The PowerSquare 224VF adds a dual bin feeder with up to 21" of loading capacity for long uninterrupted runs.
- Optional barcode readers check set integrity and manage variable page count jobs.
