PBS 3000QS4 — Quick Setup Automatic Coil Inserter & Finishing System

The PBS 3000QS4 automates coil insertion and simultaneous end-crimping in a single operation—built for fast, consistent production with minimal setup. No tools are required for basic setup or changeover.

Vertical book placement uses gravity for smooth feeding—including tabs and wider covers—while the LCD guides operators through setup and operation. A built-in coil sizing gauge and onboard spine-former storage streamline day-to-day use.
