The PBS 3000QS4 automates coil insertion and simultaneous end-crimping in a single operationābuilt for fast, consistent production with minimal setup. No tools are required for basic setup or changeover.
Vertical book placement uses gravity for smooth feedingāincluding tabs and wider coversāwhile the LCD guides operators through setup and operation. A built-in coil sizing gauge and onboard spine-former storage streamline day-to-day use.
