PBS 3000QS4: quick setup automatic coil inserter and finishing system

The PBS 3000QS4 automates coil insertion and end-crimping in a single operation. It is built for fast, consistent production with minimal setup, and basic setup and changeover need no tools.

Vertical book placement uses gravity for smooth feeding, including tabs and wider covers, while the LCD guides operators through setup and operation. A built-in coil sizing gauge and onboard spine-former storage speed up day-to-day use.
