Titan 200 Pro - 20″ Programmable Hydraulic Paper Cutter

The Challenge Titan 200 Pro is a production-grade 20″ hydraulic paper cutter with a 9″ color touchscreen, programmable backgauge with job memory, and hydraulic cutting and clamping with electronic clamp-pressure control. Built by Challenge Machinery, the Michigan-heritage cutter manufacturer, and sold by Mid-State Litho, an authorized Challenge dealer with on-site service, installation, and financing. In the Challenge hydraulic ladder the 200 Pro is the 20″ step between the Champ 185 Series (18.5″) and the Titan 230 Pro (23″): programmable accuracy for mid-volume print shops and in-plant binderies that do not need a full 26″+ production cutter. Choose the Tilt Shield or Light Beams build via the variant picker.

Tilt Shield vs Light Beams: which Titan 200 Pro is right for you?

Both variants are the same 20″ hydraulic cutter underneath: 3-1/4″ clamp opening, programmable backgauge with job memory, 9″ color touchscreen, and hydraulic clamp and knife drive. The difference is the operator-safety system at the cutting line.

Tilt Shield uses a clear physical safety shield over the cutting line. It is the value choice for shops where the operator works in batches and lifting the shield between loads is no bother.

Light Beams replaces the shield with an infrared light curtain. Nothing to lift between loads, so cycles run hands-free and faster, which pays off in continuous, high-throughput cutting. Select your build from the variant picker above; current pricing for each shows with the selection.
