The Foliant Mercury 530 NG 4×4 is a fully automatic laminator designed for continuous, heavy-duty lamination of digital and offset prints. It features a Foliant integrated suction feeder and a high-speed bump separator. Optional add-ons for the Foliant Mercury 530 NG 4×4 include a pallet stacker, non-sticky rollers, and the Foliant Foiler. Its high-pressure system, format, and performance make it suitable for a wide range of jobs, including digital and offset printed sheets up to 19.7" x 27.8" in size. The machine's impressive maximum speed of 88 feet per minute for single-sided lamination and 82 feet per minute for double-sided lamination, allows it to process up to 2,300/2,100 sheets per hour of 19.7 x 27.8 in portrait (on 200 gsm white paper).
