The Morgana DigiFold Ultra is Morgana's high-volume automated creaser and folder. It slits, cuts, creases, perforates and folds in a single pass at up to 6,000 sheets per hour. Its DynaCrease technology creases before the fold to prevent toner cracking on heavier digital stocks. Brochures, booklets and full-bleed work come off clean and consistent.

The Morgana DigiFold Ultra is a creasing and folding machine for digital and offset print shops. It can slit, cut, crease, perforate, and fold in a single pass, which simplifies finishing operations. It is for mid to high-volume work. It produces high-quality, full-bleed applications such as brochures, banners, and other specialty prints.

- Full-bleed trimming on sheets up to 1300mm long, for duplex printing on extended sheets.
- One-pass operation: slit, cut, crease, perforate, and fold at the same time.
- High-speed output: up to 6,000 A4 sheets per hour, with consistent quality at high speed.
- Automated setup with a color touch screen interface. The screen gives quick access to crease and fold patterns and to on-the-fly adjustments.
- Dual folding knives give precise folds for applications such as 3-panel brochures and landscape booklets.
- Dynamic creasing: one DynaCreaser is included, and the machine supports up to two crease tools. Optional static crease tools add flexibility.
- Inline perforation is standard. Optional slitting and scoring use up to five wheels for customized output.
- Vacuum belt top feeding with Advanced Process Control (APC) gives consistent media handling for weights from 80 to 400gsm. An optional table extension feeds extra-long sheets.
- Compatible with the BST-4000 Belt Stacker for stacking and the Trim Waste Conveyor Belt for waste removal in high-production shops.
