The Morgana BM60 Series is a compact booklet maker for hand-fed operation or collator connection. It handles small to medium runs and does saddle, edge, and corner stapling. The series has two models: the BM60, manual feed only, and the BM61, which adds a side jogging unit and collator connection.
Key features
- Stapling and folding: saddle, edge, and corner stapling, with loop stapling available using interchangeable heads.
- Booklet production: up to 22 sheets of 20 lb bond (88 pages) at up to 1,800 booklets per hour.
- Operating modes: manual, automatic, stapling only, folding only, and stapling with no folding, set from the operator panel.
- BM61 collator integration: connects to the C/AC 510 collator for automated booklet production and less manual handling.
- Jam and low-staple detection: error detection cuts downtime and keeps output consistent.
- Optional add-ons: a belt stacker for longer runs, a delivery tray, and the Morgana SquareFold 104 for a perfect-bound look.
