The Heat Seal T2615 is a compact, high-performance shrink tunnel engineered for reliability and consistent results in lower-volume or space-constrained packaging environments. With a single-zone heat chamber, digital temperature control, and adjustable conveyor speed, the T2615 delivers uniform shrink quality across a wide variety of products.

The T2615 is the second rung in the MSL range of shrink tunnels, and it is normally bought alongside a sealer from the wider shrink wrapping equipment line.

How to size a shrink tunnel

Chamber size decides the machine, and it is decided by the largest product that has to pass through, not by the average one. The T2615 chamber is 26 in long, 15 in wide and 8 in high. Product plus film has to clear all three, and the height is usually the one that catches people out.

Throughput is the second axis. The T2615 runs a live and dead roller conveyor at 0 to 30 ft per minute standard, up to 70 ft per minute with the LDR option, on a single heat zone. A single zone recovers more slowly between dense loads than a multi-zone tunnel, so continuous high-volume work belongs further up the range.

MSL lists nine tunnels. The Heat Seal T2016 compact tunnel at $4,590 is the compact entry. The T2615 on this page at $8,830 and the Heat Seal T2622 at $9,950 cover general-purpose work. The Heat Seal T3417 at $10,610 and the Heat Seal T3422 at $11,730 widen the chamber for larger cartons. The SB2615 at $9,690 and the SB3422 at $13,040 are banding tunnels for sleeves and labels rather than full wraps. The Max-Air T4822 at $15,810 and T4832 at $24,790 are the heavy-duty end.

Power is the third axis and it is the one that changes the install. The T2615 needs a 208 to 240V single phase circuit. The electrical figures on the current page are under review, so confirm the required circuit with MSL before booking an electrician.

Why buy the T2615 from Mid-State Litho

Mid-State Litho has sold and serviced print finishing and packaging equipment out of Michigan since 1984. We are an authorized Heat Seal dealer, which means the T2615 ships with a factory warranty, a parts channel and a technician who has opened one before.

On a tunnel the service question is specific. Heating elements and belts are the wear items, and a tunnel that is down stops everything upstream of it, so the outage is line-wide. Our technicians are factory trained on the Heat Seal range and cover Michigan and the Great Lakes region, so a belt or an element is a scheduled visit rather than a freight-and-wait. That is what equipment service and support means here.

The T2615 ships LTL at 420 lb. Financing and leasing is available if the purchase is easier to approve as a monthly number. Call for a freight quote to your dock, or send a request and we will return one with a delivery window.

Heat Seal T2615 questions

What is the largest product the T2615 can shrink?

The chamber is 26 in long by 15 in wide by 8 in high. Product plus film has to clear all three dimensions, and height is the usual limit.

How fast does the conveyor run?

0 to 30 ft per minute as standard, and up to 70 ft per minute with the live and dead roller option. Roller spacing is 2 in standard, with 1 in available.

Does the T2615 need a sealer in front of it?

Yes. A tunnel shrinks film that has already been sealed around the product. MSL pairs it with the Heat Seal HSE100 combo L-sealer or with a standalone L-sealer from the Heat Seal range.

What is the difference between the T2615 and the T2622?

Chamber length. The T2615 is a 26 in chamber at $8,830, the T2622 is the next rung at $9,950. Both are single zone Heat Seal tunnels.

How does it ship?

It ships LTL freight at 420 lb, drop-shipped from Heat Seal, quoted at 3 to 5 business days. MSL handles the freight and the install across Michigan and the Great Lakes region.
