Morgana AutoCreaser Pro creasers
Digitally printed sheets crack on the fold when you skip a real crease. The AutoCreaser Pro line uses Morgana displacement creasing to compress the fold line without cutting fibers. Mid-State Litho lists the AutoCreaser Pro XW (extended width) and AutoCreaser Pro XL. Both use a SmartScreen job interface with stored setups for high-mix short-run work. Throughput on the Pro platform is commonly quoted up to about 8,500 A4 sheets per hour when the job and stock support it; we size to your sheet, stock, and daily volume on the quote.

Morgana DigiFold and folding systems
DigiFold combines creasing and folding in one pass so operators do not walk sheets from a creaser to a separate folder. Live models include the DigiFold Pro XL and DigiFold Ultra. Dedicated folders in the Morgana line include the DocuFold Pro, Major Folder, Junior DT-A, and Junior DT-M.

Morgana PowerSquare and bookletmakers
PowerSquare is Morgana's SquareBack path: stitch, fold, form a flat squared spine, and trim so a saddle-stitched booklet reads closer to a perfect-bound book without a full perfect-binder cycle. Live PowerSquare and booklet models include the PowerSquare 224, PowerSquare 160, PowerSquare 160VF, BM60 series, BM 61, 104 SquareFold module, and SFT SquareFold trim module. Morgana DigiBook PUR perfect binders
When the job needs a true perfect-bound book, we quote the Morgana DigiBook PUR line. Live PDPs include the DigiBook 200 PUR, DigiBook 300XL Pro, and DigiBook 450. PUR adhesive is the usual path for durable, lay-flat short-run digital books; confirm substrate and tank compatibility on the quote. ColorCut is the digital die-cutting line from Intec (Plockmatic Group sibling to Morgana). We sell and service it next to Morgana so shops can keep one dealer for crease/fold/booklet and short-run cut/crease from digital files. How to choose between AutoCreaser, DigiFold, PowerSquare, and DigiBook
Four decisions settle most Morgana quotes.
Crack on the fold only. Start with AutoCreaser Pro XW or XL, then fold on a separate folder (Morgana or another brand we sell).
Crease and fold in one pass. DigiFold Pro XL or DigiFold Ultra collapses two stations into one operator path.
Booklet look without perfect binding. PowerSquare SquareBack for squared spines at stitch-and-fold speed. BM60 / BM 61 when volume is lower. Horizon StitchLiner when you need higher commercial booklet throughput.
True perfect-bound books. DigiBook PUR (200 / 300XL Pro / 450). For high-volume EVA/PUR production, compare Horizon BQ binders on perfect binders.
Variable shaped cuts, packaging blanks, or multi-up cards without steel dies push the conversation to ColorCut, not to a folder.

Mid-State Litho supports AutoCreaser, DigiFold, PowerSquare, DigiBook, and ColorCut lines with parts and consumables quotes: creasing matrices, blades, fold rollers, staple cartridges, suction belts, and SquareFold trim knives. What is the difference between AutoCreaser and DigiFold?
AutoCreaser Pro is a dedicated creaser. DigiFold creases and folds in one pass. Pick AutoCreaser when creasing is the bottleneck and you already have (or want) a separate folder. Pick DigiFold when you want fewer handoffs between crease and fold.
What is SquareBack booklet making?
SquareBack is Morgana's spine-forming step on PowerSquare systems. After stitch and fold, the spine is formed flat and square so the booklet looks closer to perfect binding while staying on a stitch-and-fold process. PowerSquare 224 is the higher page-count path in the line we list; PowerSquare 160 / 160VF cover standard booklet volumes.
Does Morgana work with digital and offset print?
Yes. Creasing matters most on digital toner and heavy digital cover stocks that crack on a hard fold, but the same folders, bookletmakers, and ColorCut cutters also run offset sheets when the stock and grain fit the machine.
Do you sell Morgana DigiBook PUR binders?
